Cons
Deloitte, like many other big consulting companies, has a myriad of challenges for an employee. The job can and will consume you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is little regard for work life balance and one's personal life. Additionally, you have your day job (i.e. consulting clients) plus the political face time, extracurriculars,etc.
