Pros
Interesting work with big clients, generally great people to work with - the kind you actually want to hang out with after work, good management who really care about your professional development
Cons
The salary is definitely smaller than other consulting firms, even lower than consulting firms that are not considered as "good" as Deloitte; while involvement in internal activities is good, the fact that you have to do it can detract from your personal time; if you don't know how to network well and get your name out there, your rating may not be as good
