      Pros

      I was able to travel to India to work in their Indian office which was great for international experience. Deloitte allows individual to pick clients to work on moreso than other Big 4 firms.

      Cons

      I quit Deloitte after I learned that the all 2nd year seniors were making more money than 3rd year seniors because of differences in the economy when they started. Culture does not exist, only the bottom line matters. Deloitte is quick to hire during booms and quick to fire during busts.

      Great for accountants and consultants, not so for Creatives and free-thinkers

      Pros

      Deloitte is a global organisation with a great network of people, most of whom are intelligent and experts at their craft. There is a very structured career development program and personal development training program.

      Cons

      I worked in a small team within consulting as a designer. During my time we were gradually assimilated into the Management Consulting team, and were expected to assume their processes, structures and ways of working despite this not being relevant to a creative environment.

      trying to balance worklife and personal life, but this is an issue on all the Big Four
