      Greatest and latest use of technology on it's class Information is freely shared You are the master of your career and learning can take you places. Abundant opportunity to prove your worth and rise Transparent system of evaluation and dealings High ethics Anonymous feedback/complaints can be raised on various issues and relevant action is taken based on evidence found.

      Cons

      Only speak about work life balance but in reality it's a myth. You are expected to be "available " and connected even while on vacation! Poor paymasters in comparison to the work extracted. HR runs the show and dictates terms to the business instead of just partnering, as a result they are the bosses instead of advisers and feared.

      1) Awesome Culture - No hierarchy - Flat Culture because of Partner Owned Company 2) Delivering Excellence at each work 3) Very Good Perks at Onsite 4) Less Designations - Clear cut expectations - Either do Sales or Manage the Project

      Cons

      1) Most of Projects are with tight deadlines, because Deloitte competes at this portion - Bidding projects at half of time of Indian IT Vendors, with excellence.. 2) No great tools for managers to manage the project. 3) If we don't have network in the company, we will left over in the race.
