      Pros

      The training at Deloitte is great - it has a curriculum for every level in multiple formats. It also provides frequent Dbrief webcast series to help you stay on top of the latest development in profession/industries. In addition, depends on the management that you have, the work flexibility can be pretty good. If needed, you can request for work from home, leave-early and make up late in the evening etc. The firm is also rolling out a MCC (mass career customization) that aims to provide its employees more options in career development as opposed to the traiditional up or out option.

      Cons

      Working hours are brutal during busy season or project crunch time. Also, the timesheet system is not fun at all - but it's not something unique about Deloitte; rather, it's all the same at professional services firms. It makes life constantly stressful - you'll have to take care of your utilization and your team's (if you're a manager and above).
