      Pros

      The oppertunity to work with intelligent people from different backgrounds and all walks off life. The company heavily focuses on personal and career development and will try to support you in whatever you would like to do. The company has a good reputation and has clients including ftse 100 companies and aim listed companies to affluent high net wealth indivudals and global multinational companies. They also pay for all your training, courses and professional qualifications. Everyone is generally very friendly and very supportive of your career from day one. There are also oppertunities for secondments and career breaks too. Overall a great place to work.

      Could pay investment bank salaries :)

      Pros

      This is a good place to start your career. You get a lot of good experience working with large clients and dealing with difficult accounting issues. it pays relatively well and you get a lot of vacation. The lower level staff, seniors, and managers are great to work with. Promotions are on a set schedule and yearly raises tend to be fair.

      Cons

      Hours are pretty long year round. Positive feedback is hard to come by. Local management is often forced to make decisions by national management that don't always work in terms of spending and hours worked.

      Pros

      Deloitte is a great place to start your career. Good entry salary. Many talented, intelligent people. Many steps are taken to work and mentor individuals.

      Cons

      Lots. A job well done is considered consistently working 60+ hours. People won't take the time to TRAIN their staff, as there's no where in the budget for it. Budgets are unreasonable and while it's always said to never eat time, people expect you to eat time on their jobs. Need more staffing resources. Pay is decent, but can do better in industry. "Ideally" you are supposed to work the most hours your senior years, but that's never the case. Managers consistently work more than seniors, senior mgmt more than managers, and partners more than senior mgmt. Frustrating environment overall.
