Pros
1) Good work-life balance. You only have to deliver the work assigned, so if you're quick you can leave early. We had long lunch breaks. Never worked more than 9 hours per day, never worked during week-ends but I understand that it depends on client and department. 2) 25 days leave and you can buy 5 additional days 3) Lots of social events, dinners, sponsored activities, free gym, free yoga courses, presents for staff 4) Great training opportunities 5) Great IT support, new laptops, new mobiles, whatever you need and want. 6) Open-door atitude.
Cons
1) Very low salary. I got promoted twice but the total salary increase was £ 1,000 (yes, one thousand only). That's a joke folks! 2) No bonus irrespective of appraisal, again, not happy! 3) Everybody can be replaced.
