The office space is spacious and comfortable, which makes for a generally pleasant physical work environment. The associates and senior associates are also genuinely great people to work with, which makes day-to-day collaboration enjoyable and smooth at the junior and mid levels of the team.
Cons
Compensation is significantly below market compared to similar roles in the industry. The firm also does not consistently give off a true consulting-style environment in terms of pace, structure, and exposure to varied project work. At the senior level, leadership and management can feel overly top-down, with limited transparency in decision-making, and at times priorities can feel more driven by individual agendas rather than a fully collaborative approach.
