      Deloitte was a decent place to work, but it has many challenges that need to be addressed by senior management.

      Pros

      Various professional development opportunities are provided. Some are onsite, some local, and some at distant locations. IT staff are qualified and usually friendly to work with. Supplied materials (e.g., computers) are adequate.

      Cons

      There is a heavy focus on using offshore resources without consideration of whether doing so is successful. Due to the low quality of work performed by the offshore resources, a lot of rework is necessary. Local staff are put in a challenging position since they have to get stuck in the middle between management and offshore resources.

      The employees are treated good. There is a good communication between the upper level management and the employees. All the issues are taken care of

      Cons

      Not every time the words come true. some times people are paid less than what they deserver. But overall this should be good for starters.

      Pros

      You will able to learn alot in Deloitte. Able to work with alot of skilled and smart people. Use the latest technologies and will do everything to provide support to you. Great name recognition to put on your resume.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Hard to get them to pay OT. Alot of pressure to perform.
