Pros

Excellent training programs, real client work, knowledge sharing from seniors, and exposure to audit/tax/consulting projects. Steep learning curve with talented colleagues. Many interns gain practical skills

Cons

Especially in Consulting/Audit during busy periods. Can feel like a "startup" environment with tight deadlines, client-site work, and variable workload
