Pros

-decent pay, not competitive though. -prioritizes sales over quality -benefits offered are decent

Cons

-not enough coverage to even take a lunch -Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism -It is run by family members. Son is VP with poor EQ and anger problems. -relatives working and people married working together is a cluster of unprofessionalism and a conflict of interest

Not many. The team was great. Ownership not so much.

No work-life balance Will deduct from salary if you do not work 120 hours Job description on post and actual duties completely different Glorified store manager

Pros

Store level employees and regional managers are great.

Cons

At slower stores no chance you will ever get commission. Full time employees sometimes do not get anywhere near 40 hours a week. Managers work open to close. Worst of all changed paid holiday policy 9 days before the holidays hit despite handbook saying otherwise.
