Pros

- Great, friendly, fun people to work with - Awesome travel benefits. Took my mother first-class round-trip to Europe for $100. Free Delta travel everywhere for employees and their families! - Good health benefits that kick-in right away - Never a dull moment :-)

Cons

- Crazy hours/days with limited time for a personal life - Must be consistently punctual and reliable; every minute counts - Hardcore corporate structure lacks empathy and accommodations for unique individual situations

Pros

Flight benefits are wonderful and the health care benefits are better than most I have seen or heard about

Cons

Delta does not care about employees. It is just about the numbers

Pros

The free flights and the chance to work in a dynamic environment. I also love airports. Delta is also a leader in its field

Cons

The wage isn't very good for customer service positions. It also appears that the airline industry is not a safe place to work with the uncertainty over the future.
