Pros

The benefits are good and they either travel to or code share with airlines all over the world so the chance to see many places is good.

Cons

Corporate attitude towards the flight attendants is demeaning and demoralizing. Many of the old school flight attendants complain that the weekly weigh-ins are no longer around and treat younger attendants with disdain. Customer commendations for individuals attendants are ignored by corporate office. Overall, a very hostile atmosphere to work in.

Pros

Exciting work environment, fast paced, day goes by quickly. Great benefits. Great co-workers including local management.

Cons

Technology is not up to speed it causes problems for both customers and employees, but the company is working on it. Pre-merger Northwest employees don't seem to treated the same as pre-merger Delta employees which is causing a huge morale issue amongst the PMN employees.
