Pros

Great flight benefits, some of the folks are great to work with, excellent in promotions and hiring from with in, overall friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Quite a handful of professionally unmotivated individuals with low work ethics that are obviously there for flight benefits and nothing more. The pay isn't that great, but many other positives balance that out greatly.

Pros

Flight benefits are good for now, but will change in the future. The safety culture is great compared to other regionals.

Cons

No job security, unknown future with the merger, unstable industry, distrust with management, low pay, aircraft leases are not being renewed.
