Pros

The flight benefits were outstanding. Unlike other airlines, you were not charged to fly domestically. The other benefits were also decent.

Cons

If it weren't for the flight benefits I would have quit within months of starting my job there. The pay isn't the greatest.

Pros

First and foremost; flight benefits make Delta Air Lines a great place to work. The people I worked with were very nice. Good benefits and management works with you when you need time off.

Cons

Poor office facilities; old buildings. The performance review process needs to be revamped. The reviews really don't match the job; the reviews are generic. Direct management many times will have no experience doing your job.
