It's a job with a paycheck.

Cons

Salary employees are treated like officers and hourly employees are treated like enlisted men. Salary employees get DOUBLE the life insurance, FULL PAY sick leave and 40 hours a week; hourly get HALF the life insurance, zero paid sick days (doctor statements mean nothing) and work up to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week without a break for weeks at a time.

Pays better than average for the area where it’s located.

Cons

They make heavy bathtubs and bathtub/shower walls at breakneck speed. They allow no time to look at the product for quality assurance. Everyone is mandated to work 13 days in a row with only every other Sunday off (if you’re lucky). It’s HOT in there!
