Making up rules and overworking employees

Pros

Jobs are all physically easy and the starting pay is ok.

Cons

The Company is not capable of following the few rules it has established and constantly makes up rules out of no where when it is convenient for HR to do so. The office gets to show up to work 3 or 4 days a week while the floor workers get stuck working 10 or 12 hour days 6 to 7 days a week.
