Pros

Money is good. Still probably best company in area for manufactured goods, in spite of recent changes.

Cons

-Very lean and getting leaner. Only the bare minimum to keep production running gets done. -Morale has suffered in last couple of years with new structure. -Constant re-orgs. -Many good people leaving. -Management seems to be in no hurry to backfill defectors and is eager to see older, expensive workers ride off into the sunset.
