They had great benefits. One of the best paying factories in the area. The management was great. They employees were great. It was a family atmosphere.

Cons

Only con is that it got hot in the summer. But they give you more breaks so you won't get overheated.

Pros

Delta cares SO MUCH about employee well-being. Great pay, opportunity for raises each year based on merit, bonus potential is high and based on company growth. Fitness center on-site and classes offered every day. Employees are encouraged to use it an even get vacation day incentives if they do. Easy access to executive staff and ability to have a voice in key business decisions. It is a collaborative work environment that truly values the work and opinions of employees.

Cons

The collaborative culture can sometimes slow down projects and product launches. There is a balance between keeping everyone in the loop and having too many meetings that prevent work from getting done. The process for a new product launch is SO LONG and has so many steps. It cripples the company from moving quickly and reacting to moves in the marketplace. Too much paperwork and documentation for the simplest things.
