It's a job with a paycheck.

Cons

Salary employees are treated like officers and hourly employees are treated like enlisted men. Salary employees get DOUBLE the life insurance, FULL PAY sick leave and 40 hours a week; hourly get HALF the life insurance, zero paid sick days (doctor statements mean nothing) and work up to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week without a break for weeks at a time.

Process and data driven company. Benefits are great. The people are great.

Cons

Some Sr Leaders had a way of getting stuck in the mud. Processes are great, but when the job becomes much more robotic than it is intuitive. It can get bland quickly. Advancement within ones department is not easy. Advancing from dept to dept is harder.
