Good perks at the HQ

Cons

You have to be a part of the engineering group clique. Tenured employees don’t accept outsiders due to damage done by a group that came here during covid era, they wanted to change our processes and standardize them. They have all left or forced to leave. HR has gotten way worse over the last 3 years.

Have nothing but great things to say about everyone I have worked with so far! Fairly seamless onboarding and ramping up process. Incredible flexibility when it comes to remote work and schedule allowing for a great work/life balance.

Cons

Typical challenges with remote work/flexible hours. Creating a sense of team and building that community is difficult.
