Pros

Some of the benefits are really good except medical and dental insurance but there are a few perks.

Cons

Some of the team Leader don't know what a team is but bc they got lucky with a good crew im sure it looks good for then when in fact disappearing all night to help any line except yours doesn't make them want to do good for the company. They talk down on everyone. There is a lot of preferential treatment
