Not sure I seen it go from terrible to a complete joke in over a decade I worked there. No pros please don’t let yourself become so desperate to have to work here.
Cons
Warehouse, and assembly line a Chinese sweat box. Only cool place in building is in the front office, or machine shop. HR department is a bunch of racist by far. Constant drama on shop floor. Team leads can’t work together major jealousy amongst them toward each other. Group leads dumber than a box of rocks. Especially in the warehouse. They’ve never done the job they are over. Group leads should be forced to do the job they want to be over at least a year before even eligible to become one. Overall Jackson plant is very desperate situation. A lot of racism in the plant and in the town in general. Complete welfare case.
