Pros

Excellent and healthy work environment! HR has made some liberal changes to improve flexibility in the work place. The Delta family continues to grow but the friendly bonds stay the same.

Cons

The only con I can think of for this company is that at this moment there are two head quarters in Indy. This will be fixed with the addition of the new building being added to the main head quarters.

Town meetings are run by the President and it gives the overall culture a nice touch. Also able to donate time for service opportunities.

Cons

There is a mindset that things are done a certain way, and the only backing for that way is that it's the way it's always been done. Software systems are slow to be updated.

Lots of over time. Decent pay. Plenty of employee appreciation. Good job security. Have employees lots of opportunity to buy products at a very discounted price.

Cons

I worked there for several years and worked hard to move up but there was zero job growth. They don't promote from within.
