US multinational company, but it is merely for name sake. The company lacked a strong work culture and failed to effectively market its products. Despite being promised a five-day workweek, you are expected to work all seven days, which created a significant strain on my personal life. The company's policies and systems were extremely unclear and lacked transparency. It was challenging to understand how decisions were made and what the overall direction of the company was. This lack of transparency created confusion and hindered productivity. One of the most significant downsides of working for this company was the complete absence of work-life balance. There was an expectation to constantly be available and to prioritize work over personal commitments. This imbalance negatively affected my overall well-being and made it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, my experience at Delta Faucet India was disappointing. The lack of a strong work culture, ineffective product marketing, translucent policies, and the absence of work-life balance made it a challenging environment to thrive in. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a fulfilling and balanced work experience.
