      -inclusive culture -great employee perks, including discounted hotel stays -strong recognition culture and programs -discounted meals -Great benefits

      Cons

      -recently acquired by Marriott International - will be interesting to see how the culture will be impacted

      Pros

      The people you work with directly are fantastic. They care about one another, they are social and they have a good team environment.

      Cons

      Management seems to only care about one thing and that appears to be money. You could be sick as a dog with the flu and they wont ask how you are feeling...you could be working your butt off for the company but no one says Good Job or keep up the good work. It doesn't matter how dedicated you are, you'll never be dedicated enough to be recognized for all your hard work by Management.
