when the business slow you get no hours for 2 month when they busy you work 60 hours in a week

excellent management and staff, great place to work in many ways, really good perks! they seem to attract good people too.

Cons

Great except for one very important one. It's tough to pay your bills when you are promised hours and they are cut at the last minute if it isn't busy enough. I understand they want to protect their bottom line but to hire and promise and then not deliver and constantly say sorry but we're not busy is not cool - it is taking advantage of your employees
