Lots of friendly, wonderful and hard working people within the hourly ranks.

Cons

Once you show reasons why you believe your department is headed in the wrong direction you have sealed your fate. You will be terminated.

Pros

Cheerful team amongst junior management and frontline staff. Decent salary. Good benefits package. Always an interesting day.

Cons

Way overworked! 10 - 11 hour shift is the norm, with one or two 12 hour shifts each week. Middle management takes advantage of the team under them to advance their own careers. Upper management is cliquee and aloof. No consideration of work/life balance. Junior manager turnover is very high.
