Pros

No shift is always the same, Different positions in the department to move around to, Great employee discounts when travel as well as for friends and family, Great networking opportunities, Sometimes gets to travel to new venues around surrounding areas

Cons

Hours can be unpredictable, Lots of physically demanding tasks Opportunity for advancement is low Dealing with a lot of personalities

Pros

Usually friendly team (supervisors and subordinates) flexible hours

Cons

Always understaffed, incompetent managers who have little care for employees and don't acknowledge team effort or commitment. Don't train new employees properly, especially in recent years, then get frustrated. Poor pay for F&B assistants yet delegate managerial duties to them without compensation & only treat younger works with lack of respect.
