Management was horrible didnt know what they was doing dont ever work for this hotel raises not that high and dobt care about employees and show favoritism to others that came from other hotels which is very bias and not management material

Delta Hotels is a GREAT company to work for. Culture, benefits, travel perks. Now that we are a part of Marriott there are many career opportunities.

Cons

The uncertainty of where the brand will go. There is still job security tho.
