- People are very kind and try to help you with concerns that you may have - Management tries to give the best effort to succeed in the events. - The coworkers are friendly and make you feel comfortable environment

Cons

- The people are not constant, and that leads to inconsistent and fault of organization from the management, but I have seen improvements since the first day. - They give you shifts according to the amount of hours that you have been working at Banquets.
