- Flexible hours (2 weeks paid vacation + unlimited possible "requested time off" - Working in a diverse environment (people from all over the world & walks of life) - Higher minimum wage (~$15/hour) - Buffet style staff lounge (automatic $4 off paycheque to eat as much as you want) - Great leadership from managers & supervisors - Opportunities to grow and develop within the company - Opportunities to transfer to other Marriott hotels across the world (after 1 year) - Great health benefits - vision, dental, mental, etc. (after 3 months full time) - Many socializing programs for employees (i.e. sports tournaments, talent shows) - 1.5 time after 8 hours; 2 time after 12 hours - Hotel can hold your tips in their accounts for as long as you want (free banking) - Many discounts at associated companies (tours, boat rentals, gym, car rentals, etc.)

Cons

- Company has a tight budget (don't expect to get a window in your office immediately after requesting for one)
