Pros

The only pro is they will not fire you (unless you do something crazy like punching someone) as they are extremely understaffed. They will hire anyone.

Cons

Managers are lazy, Are never anywhere to be found when you need them. Always messing things up, and then putting the blame on you or blowing it off. Nag constantly about little things. You'll be there longer then you have too esp for long events because the managers are nowhere to be found and give you the run around for your checkoff lists. Half the time the managers have no idea what's going on, they'll tell you to do something, and then realize last minute that you have to redo it all over again. Gossip about other employees. Sit on their butt all day.

Pros

Working at Delta Hotel under Colorado Hospitality has allowed me to make a great first start in finding a career path in the hospitality field.

Cons

Working hospitality hours is quite difficult because the demand is high for work on the weekends.
