Interesting concept. Interesting work. Some great were minds working there.
Cons
A "do it fast" instead of a "do it right" engineering mentality in leadership. Leading to unsafe development practices. Owners openly disrespectful to some employees. Poor pay and benefits compared to industry standard. Little opportunity for career growth. Little onboarding or training. Unable to retain real talent. Owners often pin their own failures on to the engineering group.
