WFH ( they offer remote work) Flexible schedule ( you can select your roster to what schedule perfectly aligns with your time) HMO ( Can cover a small family) Activities ( Very active when it comes to socials) Best company for starters only
Cons
- If you're looking to grow your career this is not the right place as they have limited opportunities to explore - Incompetent salary and other benefits: Only those who are pioneer has the great benefits (and i think it really hurts the appraisal budgets for especially for the newly recruited talents) - Technical experience is not that good most of the tenured employees doesn't have good technical background as most of them are only limited to manual testing they have an automation tool but it's already developed by devs so less mental challenge less learning
