      Pros

      I've been with Deltek for over 25 years, and there's a reason for that—it's truly a great company. The benefits are competitive, and the flexible work hours have been a huge asset throughout my career. I've worked remotely the entire time and have always appreciated the trust and autonomy that comes with that flexibility. Deltek has consistently provided me with opportunities to grow, and I've been able to advance my career in meaningful ways. Most importantly, I absolutely love my team and the people I work with. The culture here is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely people-first.

      Cons

      In the past, under previous executive leadership, the company went through several rounds of reductions in force (RIFs). That period was challenging, and I sincerely hope we never return to that kind of culture. Since then, there’s been a noticeable shift, and I’m optimistic about the direction we're heading.
