      This was a great place to work. Most of the Analyst tend to stick around. Analyst positions are crucial to software so they are usually spared during lay-offs.

      Overall, high turnover due to constant acquisitions.

      Pros

      There's a lot of cross-departmental collaboration. Folks are quick to reach out when they believe someone else needs to be involved. Many corporate wellness activities with a focus on networking within the company. Still has some start up feel, despite being a large company.

      Cons

      Finance leadership does not always communicate. Monthly stand-ups have little to no value, as they assume everyone already knows what's going on (through osmosis?). They can sometimes get stuck in a pattern of doing things "because that's how we've done it before." Accuracy is always prioritized over speed.
