Business Outlook
Pros
Stable company compared to other software companies. Ability to work remotely, if your manager is OK with it. Engineering executives understand and are encouraging best practices and newer trends. You are treated like a responsible adult. A lot very nice, valuable and smart people within the company.
Cons
Sometimes a little bit too process-oriented for a company that is not really that big. Some of the mid-managers that have been there for a while are a bit resistant to change, although most executives are all for positive change and applying newer best practices. Low 401k match. Most of the hiring is being done in the Philippines.
