Pros

- Work life balance: Generous PTO and fully remote work - Work environment: Helpful team members and management - Impactful work: Even as an early career professional, I am given important work that significantly impacts our product. This has helped me rapidly develop skills - There has been a significant push for teams to adopt new technologies and development practices

Cons

- Late meetings with international team members - There is a small amount of disorganization with the SDLC partially because of working across time zones - There was a lack of training and onboarding materials which forced me to rely on team members and LLMs to get up to speed - Compensation is slightly below the industry average, but the work / life balance and remote work make up for it in my opinion

Pros

One of the most notable strengths is the strong work-life balance. This is highly encouraged from all levels and is a huge part of the company culture. The benefits package is also impressive, providing comprehensive support that reflects a real investment in employee well-being. Overall, the culture is focused on people, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Cons

Internal staffing resources sometimes fall short, which can create challenges in internal project execution and workload distribution. Communication from senior leadership has been a pain point in the past, but is gradually improving and hopefully will continue to do so. Additionally, there is a perception that some teams receive preferential treatment internally, which can impact the cross-functional collaboration and morale. Equal focus would be a great improvement.

Pros

I've had a genuinely positive experience working here. The company culture is inclusive, supportive, and empowering—people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work. The benefits are excellent, with good paid time off that really supports work-life balance. What stands out most is the wide range of career opportunities; being part of a large organization means there’s always room to grow, learn, and explore new paths. I feel valued and motivated, and I’m proud to be part of a company that invests in both its people and its future.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any downsides worth mentioning. I’m genuinely glad to be working for a company that prioritizes its people, offers strong benefits, and provides meaningful career growth. It’s rare to feel this supported and fulfilled in a workplace.
