Great benefits, compensation and great people. Company is always in motion keeping up with latest technology available to help everyone work smarter and provide outstanding customer service. Work/Life balance is the best! On-going training on company products as well as the ability to use other platforms to grow our careers.

Pros

Deltek’s work-life balance, flexible schedule, and great benefits. Good Environment and I'm happy with my team and manager.

Cons

Salary increase from promotion is to little. I don't think my salary i competitive compared to my the few people I know in the same work. I got promoted two times in the span of 4 years and my salary increase is not that big. With the higher inflation rate and I just got my first baby I'm thinking of finding another opportunities outside Deltek.

Pros

- Very flexible work schedule that lets me maximize time with my family. - Every other Friday is a half day. Also we occasionally get half days before holidays. - “Unlimited PTO” policy feels like there’s no strings attached. I’m constantly encouraged to take more time off. - Remote work from any country with Deltek offices (I think like 17 countries) is an option.

Cons

- I’ve been waiting on a promotion for years, although that includes before my company was acquired by Deltek. - Sort of a nitpick, but there’s lots of internal trainings and initiatives that sometimes distract from more important work. - Annual bonuses are a little smaller than expected. And the way they are calculated is complicated.
