      • Recurring annual restructuring, typically around January • Significant layoffs across departments, including leadership roles • Organizational instability due to frequent workforce realignment • Limited long-term visibility during restructuring cycles • Impact on employee morale because of uncertainty I was personally impacted in one of these restructuring cycles, and while such decisions may align with business strategy, the frequency and scale create ongoing uncertainty.

      Pros

      Teammates are terrific and overall culture good and enjoyed working remotely with occasional travel.

      Cons

      Every January significant layoffs to hit Roper revenue goals, pay shareholders, pay bonuses, and give promotions- while they layoff 275 employees. This is an annual occurrence at Deltek. I’ve seen people who were awarded President’s Club recognition get laid off months later.
