Pros

Great support, Leadership listens to feedback, people are very friendly and engaging. Feels like a very supportive group. Being remote is fantastic for work life balance. Time off is take it as you need it, have seen no issues when taking time off. Recognition for performance & achievements are relayed company wide.

Cons

Salary is lower than average, could be better. Lower than the market standard. Changes to comp structure were not disclosed prior to rolling out. Changes to benefits provider to a less than ideal provider. I have not seen negative effects, but many others have. Some miscommunication between management and sales teams .
