I’ve been with Deltek for 10 years, and it’s been such an amazing journey. The work culture is balanced and supportive, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. It also invests in its people through trainings, licenses, and tools that make our work easier and more fulfilling. I’m grateful to be part of a team with amazing management that gives us opportunities to learn and step up. My manager is incredibly empathetic and approachable, always ready to guide and share wisdom beyond work. The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) system is good but could still be improved to better support employees.
