Great work-life balance, especially with Project Nation offering flexible half-day Fridays. Collaborative and team-oriented culture — everyone is open to sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed. Strong benefits and employee programs that support both personal and professional well-being.

      Cons

      Workload can be high at times, especially around deadlines (which is fairly normal in most roles). Some processes could be more streamlined (though improvements are already underway with Gen AI initiatives).
