      Amazing place to work. Good place to grow. Great employees and flexibility.

      Cons

      Too many transitions. Private to IPO'd, then private again. New owners get to decide when and what they want to do with the company, going public or private. Not good as each transition comes with layoffs.

      - If you're female, good luck getting ahead...definite bias towards men in management and for promotions - On the road as a consultant 45 weeks out of the year - very low raise increases, even with all scores for evaluation were exceeds expectations
