      Cool benefits, mostly friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Too much middle management, no cohesive direction for the company, too much building us up to sell again without actually selling us (leaving the company constantly feeling like it's in a innovation-less limbo)

      Pros

      Work life balance is fantastic. They let many tenured folks work remote anywhere from one day a week to full time. People are generally friendly and you get to wear jeans to work.

      Cons

      Career path is a little shaky. Many folks have been leaving lately because they haven't been getting promoted and there's no where else for them to go internally.
