      Pros

      This is where I found true leaders that I've been looking for and they will really push you to be better. They care about their people. Also, I love Deltek for having a healthy environment. You'll definitely have a Work-Life balance. :)

      All I can say is this company is one of the best. From recruitment process to hiring and gathering of requirements everything went smoothly. There has been challenges but thanks to my recruiter who guided me along the way. I can definitely refer this company because all the feedbacks I am hearing before are true to what i am experiencing now. This company is truly one of the best and what employees aspire to be part with.
