      Pros

      Flexible, decent market share and easy to sell compliance related products. Solid marketing team and nice size company with a global footprint and expanded offerings.

      Cons

      Backstabbing environment where you have to sell internally more than externally. Products on fringe of core offerings suck. A few do well the rest are left with scraps.

      Pros

      Good product portfolio, with very strong offerings. Clear understanding of market needs and ability to translate that into products that make people's jobs better. Very smart, very talented, very industry - savvy employees, across the board. Good attitudes, great culture.

      Cons

      Change in management dealt with somewhat well, but ultimately, the company took a talent hit.
