      Hard work, but love my job and the people

      Pros

      Awesome people. Working remotely. Flexible hours. Pretty good benefits. Good advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      3-4 off-hour meetings per week because of Philippines office. Everyone works more than 40 hours. Fairly frequent layoffs.

      Pros

      Growing company with good products and great people. The people make the job "OK". If you are willing to put in the hours and make the sacrifices there is opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      The people are good, but the management group is very disconnected from the employees. More focused on numbers "looking good" rather than taking care of the clients or their team. The focus on revenue and profits shows in just about all areas. No raises (even for star performers), constant benefits cuts to lower costs, and constant talk of layoffs in order to hit the numbers.
