Pros
There's no doubt as to why Deltek is consistently being named as Philippines Best Employer Brand and one of the best workplaces to be in. Here are just some of the reasons why: 1) Culture The working culture is like no other as colleagues are very accountable and are always on top of their deliverables and show great knowledge in their respective fields. Everyone is very reliable and there's no need for follow ups. There's also a culture of formal and informal recognition where you get to be appreciated with the great work that you're doing. 2) Leadership The leadership team here is unparalleled. They show genuine and great concern for people. They show that they prioritize the well-being of employees above all else and its great to hear that straight from leadership/executive team. 3) Work Life Balance There's a culture of work life balance. Appreciate the Project Nation Day where we get to be on a half day during the pandemic to spend more time on personal well-being or spend time with family. There's also just a fair amount of work, no need to render overtime. 4) Benefits and Stability The company has great benefits as well and meets industry standards. The company also has a sense of stability even amidst the pandemic - still able to provide the same benefits for its employees.
Cons
I know it's impossible/ rare to have any cons but really I can't think of any con on working with Deltek so far.
